摘要: Alprazolam is the first of triazolobenzodiazepines to be studied in a large population depressed patients. In six-week, double-blind multicenter comparison alprazolam, imipramine hydrochloride, and placebo treatment 723 patients with depression, two active drugs were statistically more effective than placebo. was at least as relieving depressive symptoms, significantly somatic showed an earlier onset activity some measurements. Anticholinergic side effects reported most often by receiving imipramine, while drowsiness only effect alprazolam group. The Feighner Diagnostic Criteria prestudy poststudy intercenter conferences videotaped patient interviews ensured interrater reliability.
