摘要: We have developed an automated Holtes scanning system based on two microcomputers. One is a preprocessor that detects QRS complexes and measures the durations using computations of first second derivatives. Thismicrocomputer interfaces to secondmicro-computer does arrhythmia analysis, logging, reporting R-R intervals durations. This can process Holter tapes at 60 times real time produce printed summaries 24 h trend plots several variables including heart rate PVC count.
