摘要: Abstract We present the study of structural, morphological, dielectric, transport and ferroelectric properties (1-x)BFO–xPTO solid solutions, with 0.3 ≤ x ≤ 0.6, prepared via non-conventional synthesis methods. These methods include Sol-gel Single-step state method. Structural analysis revealed presence mixed phases i.e. monoclinic (CC) tetragonal (P4mm) phases, for all compositions showing a Morphotropic Phase Boundary. For higher concentration PTO, an increase in phase fraction has been observed. Quantitative showed, general, value c/a (i.e. tetragonality) samples as compared to bulk PTO. The morphological shows small grain size irrespective method composition. low temperature frequency dependent tangent loss dielectric relaxation magnitude constant indicating absence extrinsic contributions. High anomaly is observed around 400–500 K corresponding magnetic transformation BFO at Neel which suggest magneto-electric coupling specific compositions. composite appeared be more resistive than synthesized Arrhenius type dependence high ac conductivity. Ferroelectricity was ceramic sustained applied electric field up 190 kV/cm. Finally, correlation between polarization, ratio, drawn discussed. It concluded that ratio important parameter can tuned achieve enhanced response solutions.
