摘要: The recent availability of intense femtosecond pulses at wavelengths near 3 μm has enabled a new form time-resolved spectroscopy that allows for real-time measurement the ultrafast dynamics individual water molecules. In this chapter, an overview is given information been obtained with technique on vibrational energy transfer, molecular reorientation, hydrogen-bond dynamics, and solvation liquid water.
