摘要: Abstract Magnetite nanoparticles (MNPs) were prepared using the ferric acetylacetonate as sole iron source in a facile hydrothermal route, while poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) was chosen stabilizer via one-step functionalized MNPs for better hydrophilic properties. The orthogonal used paper experimental parameters optimization, including solvent, reaction time, amount of and presynthesis. obtained highly water dispersible with uniform size from about 50 to 100 nm individually composed many monodisperse magnetite crystallites approximately 6 nm size. And show high magnetic properties, whose content up 76.76% saturation magnetization 39.0 emu/g. Later formation mechanism also discussed. Thus proved be very promising biomedical applications.
