摘要: Korean ginseng (P. C. A. Meyer) is one of the most important medicinal plant in world. Under- standing genetic variability among assortment for breeding. The aim this study was to molecularly characterize cultivar and breeding lines through use eight previously reported STS markers (MFGp183, MFGp130, MFGp110, UFGp74, UFGp163, MFGp108, MFGp81 UFGp156). All produced interpretable electropherograms from 31 accessions consisting 11 cultivars 20 lines. When were combined, we identified total 19 patterns; particular, nine (Chun- poong, Yunpoong, Gopoong, Gumpoong, Sunpoong, Sunone, Cheongseon, Sunhyang, Cheonryang) 5 (G08012, G04079, G04075, G08036, G04110) samples can be discriminated others. Together with other available markers, these will contribute management resources protection breeders' rights.
