摘要: Abstract We have studied the gas sensing properties of five polyaniline-based materials—thick and thin PANI films, nanocomposite PANI/MWNT PANI/SWNT nanogranules embedded in a polyvinylpyrrolidone matrix. The films (except for latter) were deposited within induction period polymerization process on gold interdigitated micro electrodes. Their sensitivity to NH 3 , H 2 ethanol, methanol, acetone was measured. film (~ 100 nm thick) prepared by lift-off had ammonia below 0.5 ppm, which higher than that films. Two film—exhibited shallow minimum temperature dependence resistance (at 313 K 319 K), is feature exploitable practical applications, since sensors should be insensitive small fluctuations at these temperatures.
