摘要: The development of a lymphocele after pelvic surgery is well-documented complication, especially where lymph node dissection (PLND) part the operation. However, not all lymphoceles are symptomatic and require treatment. Most spontaneously resolve, even that become may resolve without any intervention. Robotic assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP) common operation in urology PLND likely to be performed intermediate high-risk prostate cancer patients. rationale for performing accurate staging potential therapeutic benefits. due intraoperative postoperative complications there still debate regarding value cancer. In this review, we will discuss risk factors aware order minimize formation lymphocele, along with management clinically significant lymphoceles.
