摘要: Abstract This paper argues that input-intensity and a lack of democratic control over the conditions for advanced technology adoption indicates low-tech approaches, despite generating lower yields, may be best positioned to improve food security as basis sustainable agriculture. Advanced by smallholders can become choice, dependent on containment ecological risks, rather than survivalist strategy. We examine research led Consultative Group International Agricultural Research make clear public-sector international organizations significantly contribute evidence-based policies support context-specific combinations low- high-tech approaches.
