摘要: Jatropha curcas L. is a highly promising oilseed for sustainable production of biofuels and bio-kerosene due to its high oil content excellent quality. However, it perennial incipiently domesticated species with none stable cultivar created until now despite genetic breeding programs in progress several countries. Knowledge the structure diversity necessary step programs. The molecular marker can be used as tool speed up process. This study was carried out assess germplasm bank represented by J. accessions from different provenance beside interspecific hybrid backcrosses generated IAC using inter-simple sequence repeat markers. revealed 271 bands which 98.9% were polymorphic an average 22.7 per primer. Genetic evaluated slightly higher than other around world ranged 0.55 0.86 0.59 (Jaccard index). Cluster analysis (UPGMA) no clear grouping geographical origin accessions, consistent Structure software. For between groups, divided into eight groups origin. Nei’s distance 0.14. results showed importance Mexican congeneric wild species, hybrids conservation development new genotypes
