摘要: We performed a subpopulation analysis in acute myelocytic leukemia (AML) with the objective of relating phenotypic diversity to clonogenic properties cells. AML-CFUs considered as representatives precursor cell compartment were phenotyped for surface markers by use eight monoclonal antibodies directed against myeloid differentiation antigens and Ia antigen.
