摘要: This study aims to facilitate a new understanding on employees’ attitude towards compliance with the requirements of their information security policy (ISPs) through lens escalation. Escalation presents situation in which employees must decide whether persist or withdraw from non-performing task. Drawing Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) and Agency Theory, our model delineates three mediating factors explaining attitude: work impediment, asymmetry, safety resources. We also propose awareness as an independent variable having indirect effect factors. The proposed is tested using data collected 376 working banking industry. results PLS analyses show that while asymmetry resources have significant impacts attitude, impediment does not. ISA has impact all
