Tuning the porous texture and specific surface area of nanoporous carbons for supercapacitor electrodes by adjusting the hydrothermal synthesis temperature

摘要: Nanoporous carbons with ordered mesopores were synthesized by the hydrothermal treatment of environmentally friendly carbohydrate precursor and Pluronic F127 as soft template. The pore texture, size distribution specific surface area nanoporous found to be very sensitive synthesis temperature. Long-range mesoporous carbon a above 1100 m2 g−1 was achieved at temperature 130 °C, showed large electrochemical capacitance ∼290 F scan rate 1 mV s−1 in 6 M KOH aqueous electrolyte together stability for up 6000 cycles galvanostatic charge–discharge 10 A g−1.
