摘要: We report here, for the first time, biochemical characterization of a plant mutant impaired in sterol biosynthesis. A fertile was regenerated from tobacco callus resistant to LAB170250F, potent inhibitor cytochrome-P450-obtusifoliol-14-demthylase. The and leaves are characterized by profound qualitative quantitative changes their content.
