摘要: Abstract A three-dimensional heat sink module design problem is examined in this work to estimate the optimum variables using Levenberg–Marquardt Method (LMM) and a general purpose commercial code CFD-ACE+. Three different types of sinks are designed based on original fin arrays with fixed volume. The objective study minimize maximum temperature array determine best shape sink. Results obtained by LMM solve 3-D firstly justified numerical experiments it concluded that for all three cases, height H tends become higher thickness W thinner than array, as result both pitch D base U increased. can be decreased drastically utilizing present algorithm. Finally, distributions optimal modules measured thermal camera compared solutions justify validity design.
