摘要: Objective There appears to be differences in the clinical presentation of hereditary angioedema (HAE) and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor-induced (ACE-I) (AE). The aim this study was compare characteristics these two AE forms. Methods We conducted a retrospective consecutive patients with HAE or ACE-I AE. attack experienced by were compared logistic regression analysis using generalized estimating equations. Results A total 56 included (ACE-I AE, n=25; HAE, n=31). 534 attacks documented. Severe more common who had an acute episode than HAE. Swelling tongue, lips larynx significantly associated [OR: 8.70 (95% CI, 1.04-73.70), OR: 20.4 4.9-84.2) 7.50 1.20-48.30), respectively]. Conclusion are frequent drug-induced
