摘要: A porcine circovirus (PCV) was isolated from tissues of pigs with wasting syndromes Spain, Denmark and N. Ireland. The antigenic profiles these viruses were determined by indirect immunofluorescence assays using polyclonal antisera monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) prepared against previously PCVs. rapid convenient PCR-based test developed used for the genotyping PCV isolates. These isolates found to be antigenically genomically similar reported disease (PCV2), but distinct isolate continuous PK/15 cell cultures (PCV1).
