摘要: Abstract An investigation has been made of the constitution titanium rich partial Ti–V–Fe–Al system in composition range applicable to commercial α+β and β alloys (e.g. Ti–10V–2Fe–3Al alloy) at temperatures between 650 800°C. Partial Ti–V–Fe isothermal sections for containing ~4 wt-%Al V Fe a ratio ≥1:1 show only α as equilibrium phases compositions up 13 wt-%V 4 wt-%Fe. The position α+β/β boundary is temperature dependent its shape affected by amount aluminium present with quaternary alloys. By contrast, α/α+β independent these parameters. Microstructural features relating morphology volume fractions have investigated and, together β, are discussed context alloy properties processing.MST/1323
