摘要: Recently implemented fluorescence imaging techniques, such as total internal reflection microscopy and two-photon laser scanning micro-scopy, have made possible multiscale analysis of the immune response from single molecules in an interface to cells moving lymphoid tissues tumors. In this review, we consider components T cell sensitivity: immunological synapse, coordination migration, antigen recognition vivo. Potency, dose, detection threshold for peptide-MHC determine sensitivity. The synapse incorporates receptor microclusters that initiate sustain signaling, it also determines positional stability through symmetry breaking. vivo decisions by on stopping or migration are based stop signals environmental go can sometimes prevent arrest altogether, thus change outcome encounters.
