摘要: pH- and thermo-sensitive hydrogels based on chitosan cross-linked with terephthaloyl diazide were synthesized. A new formulation of the polysaccharide modified taxifolin (dihydroquercetin) was obtained by nucleophylic addition reaction resulting in formation urea urethane bonds a 1,4-phenylenediamine spacer. Sustained release effective agent (flavonoid) upon action trypsin, which is one enzymes gastrointestinal tract, observed.
