摘要: The human body generates heat capable of raising temperature by approximately 1°C per hour. Normally, this is dissipated means a thermoregulatory system. Disorders resulting from abnormally high or low result in neurologic dysfunction and pose threat to life. In response thermal stress, maintenance normal primarily maintained convection evaporation. Hyperthermia results abnormal regulation, leading extremely elevated while fever mechanism operating at higher set point. former leads specific clinical syndromes with inability the maintain constant temperature. Heat related illness encompasses rash, cramps, exhaustion stroke, order severity. addition, drugs can induce hyperthermia produce one several syndromes. Hypothermia reduction levels below 35°C environmental exposure, metabolic disorders, therapeutic intervention. Management disorders should be carried out decisively expeditiously, avoid secondary injury.
