摘要: In the past decades, polymeric nanocarriers have emerged as a biocompatible platform for delivering therapeutic compounds to tumor sites in cancer-selective manner, and some already been approved clinical application while more are under trial, demonstrating their promises cancer therapy. this chapter, concept of nanocarriers, structure design, preparation methods introduced summarized firstly. Besides, applications cargoes tissues passive way by enhanced permeability retention (EPR) effects parameters that may influence procedure discussed. Moreover, nanoparticles could actively target through interaction targeting moieties on surfaces with cell-specific receptors, several types ligands be used active targeting. Furthermore, functionalized release encapsulated drugs at specific or time intervals controlled environmental triggers, such pH, temperature, enzyme. Finally, primary metastatic diagnosis treatment described. Polymeric demonstrated success field therapy, progress chemistry, biology, oncology, modern technologies, much powerful would developed
