摘要: Current medical information systems are too complex to be meaningfully exploited. Hence there is a need develop new strategies for maximising the exploitation of data benefit professionals. It against this backdrop that we want propose tangible contribution by providing tool which combines conceptual graphs and Dung?s argumentation system in order assist professionals their decision making process. The proposed allows easily manipulate visualise queries answers decisions during practice teleexpertise. knowledge modelling made using an open application programming interface (API) called CoGui, offers means building structured bases with dedicated functionalities graph-based reasoning via retrieved from different institutions (hospitals, national security centre, nursing homes). have described study supports formal traceable structure acceptable arguments elucidate some ethical problems occur very often telemedicine domain. HighlightsImproving better representation.Incorporation algorithms processes.Structuring procedures guarantee traceability telemedicine.Elucidation mechanisms underlying telemedicine.Effective benefits both patients remote sites.
