摘要: Land-use conflicts are multifaceted social phenomena especially prevalent in periurban landscapes where land is limited and the margin of separation between diverse urban rural uses small. Their complexity poses an ongoing challenge for research management. We investigate which socio-demographic environmental variables associated with conflict occurrence. The study area located a peri-urban landscape Switzerland data were collected through content analysis local print media. Decision trees calculated to relate presence or absence possible explanatory variables. results show that four main occurrence land-use conflicts: proportion rented accommodation, steepness terrain, population growth, commuters. tree model useful theory building can stimulate discussions on use most likely occur.
