摘要: Abstract Both decline of IQ and increase mental retardation are consistent with rare recessive alleles at about 325 loci. There is no suggestion a discrepancy that might be due to polygenic dominance or confounding consanguinity unfavorable environment. These data indicate the risk for in matings normal parents increases from 0.012 random mating 0.062 first-cousin parentage but deviations negligible cause family resemblance IQ. Implications frequencies, mutation rates, radiation response detailed.
