摘要: Gene and chromosome changes in breast cancer have been analysed using molecular cytological methods. No single gene alterations are frequent cancer, but several detected, line with multigenetic disease, although malignant progression relation to is poorly documented. The most common tumour suppressor mutations, detected about ¼ of tumours the TP53 gene, that encodes a transcription factor. Mutations other CDH1 encoding E-cadherin adhesion protein, CHK2 cell cycle checkpoint kinase, BRCA1 BRCA2 genes, DNA repair proteins FHIT, diadenosine hydrolase, will be reviewed. mechanism behind frequently instability genome cells understood, some studies associated it mutations TP53, or genes.
