摘要: Abstract Normal synovial fluid consists of a transudate plasma from blood vessels supplemented with high molecular weight lipid and saccharide-rich molecules. This produces paucicellular, viscous fluid, which behaves like tissue. In primary (e.g. rheumatoid disease) secondary septic crystal-induced) inflammatory arthropathies, changes occur to the cell numbers type in forming basis diagnostic test. The value is enhanced by appearance endogenous exogenous particles, particularly those associated degenerative, crystal-induced, prosthesis-associated arthropathies fibrin, cartilage, crystals, metal plastic). Cells particles can be characterised under microscope leading simple, inexpensive, "cytological" test for every joint disease.
