摘要: Abstract Extradomiciliary contacts have been overlooked in the study of TB transmission due to difficulties identifying actual large populations. Complex network analysis provides a framework model structure contacts, specially extradomiciliary ones. We conducted incident sputum-positive cases and healthy controls occurring moderate burden city. Cases were interviewed obtain data regarding usual locations residence, work, study, leisure. Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolated from sputum was genotyped. The collected used build networks based on putative social interactions indicating possible transmission. A user-friendly open source environment (GraphTube) setup extract information data. Networks likelihood patient-patient, patient-healthy, healthy-healthy setup, depending constraint geographical distance places attended by volunteers. Using threshold for 300 m, differences between are revealed. Several clusters formed nodes with high genotypic similarity characterized. developed provided consistent results can be support targeted search potentially infected individuals help understand
