摘要: In this study the exchange between 1H magnetization in "free" water (1Hf) and that a pool with restricted motion (1Hr) was observed tissues vivo using NMR saturation transfer methods. Exchange these two pools demonstrated by decrease steady-state relaxation times of 1Hf radiofrequency irradiation 1Hr. The pseudo-first-order rate constant for movement from to 1Hr approximately 1 s-1 kidney 3 skeletal muscle vivo. Proton imaging tissue specific generated novel form image contrast. extent as well topological correlation weighted images suggests pathway is major determinant properties
