摘要: The invention provides a system and process that allow for the selective electrochemical conversion of carbon dioxide to monoxide with high energy efficiency, using cathode comprised bismuth in combination an anode such as platinum. electrolysis may be single or two compartment cell employ organic electrolyte ionic liquid electrolyte. permits storage solar, wind conventional electric by converting fuels.
