摘要: It has been suggested that adenylate cyclase activation involves reduction of a disulfide linkage. Prostaglandin E1 (PGE1), prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), I2 (PGI2) and F2 alpha (PGF2 alpha) were tested for their ability to act as reducing agents with either cytochrome c, or the 5,5'-dithiobis(2-nitrobenzoic acid) (DTNB), latter catalytic amount ferric chloride. PGE1, PGE2, PGI2 significantly reduced c while PGF2 did not. PGE2 DTNB The results are consistent postulate prostaglandins which effective in activating can might be involved reductive cyclase.
