摘要: Soils contaminated with dyes were collected and screened for obtaining potential fungal strains the degradation of azo dyes. A strain that demonstrated broad spectrum ability catabolizing different viz. Acid Red 183 (AR 183), Direct Blue 15 (DB 15) 75 (DR 75) at 100 mg L(-1) concentration was subsequently identified as Penicillium oxalicum SAR-3 based on 18S internal transcribed spacer (ITS) rDNA gene sequence analysis. The has shown remarkably higher levels (95-100%) almost all within 120 h 30°C pH 7.0. Notable manganese peroxidase (659.4 ± 20 UL(-1)) during dye decolorization indicated involvement this enzyme in process. following catabolized evident by spectroscopic analyses.
