摘要: NADH coenzyme Q reductase (EC 1.6.5.3) has been suggested in the literature to be inactivated by ischaemia. In present study, activity was localized unfixed cryostat sections of ischaemic rat livers and quantified using image analysis. vitro ischaemia induced storage liver fragments for 30, 60, 120 min at 37°C. vivo provoked clamping afferent vessels median left lateral lobes 60 followed 180 reperfusion. demonstrated with tetrazolium salt method presence polyvinyl alcohol. Final reaction product found parenchymal cells its distribution homogeneous within lobules. Only low amounts final were formed when incubation performed absence substrate NADH. A non-linear relation between absorbance time Therefore, initial velocity taken as true rate enzyme activity. linear relationship section thickness up 6 µm a levelling off. Electron microscopically, outer inner membranes mitochondria. did not affect At 30 reperfusion after slightly decreased certain foci which also showed diminished lactate dehydrogenase further decrease activities observed It is concluded that sensitive Furthermore, it likely leaks from into circulation during
