摘要: Abstract Large concentrations of puromycin inhibited the synthesis peptide-bound hydroxyproline by embryonic cartilage to a greater extent than they polypeptides. Investigation this effect provided further evidence for suggestion that is synthesized hydroxylation proline after incorporated into proline-rich polypeptide precursor collagen. Gel filtration soluble polypeptides which were obtained from samples with suggested molecular weights 10,000 must be before can occur.
