摘要: A process for producing a vinyl chloride polymer which comprises suspension-polymerizing monomer or mixture of and copolymerizable therewith in polymerization vessel equipped with reflux condenser, wherein (A) during certain time the period from initiation heat removal by condenser to termination polymerization, highly active oil-soluble initiator having 10-hour half-life temperature 40°C lower as measured benzene concentration 0.1 mol/L is added reaction mixture, (B) at least throughout addition thereof, water continuously intermittently through feed piping initiator, (C) after completion addition, steam passed piping. Thus, aqueous-suspension can be improved. The ability remove efficiently utilized attain reduction time. In satisfactory quality extremely reduced fish eyes produced.
