摘要: Acute lung injury (ALI) is a severe progressive disorder that arises from wide range of causes such as toxins or inflammation, resulting in significant morbidity and mortality. There are no effective therapeutic options apart mechanical ventilation strategies. While the mechanisms govern clinically relevant process increased EC permeability remodeling associated with ALI under intense investigation, our knowledge processes determine barrier enhancement preservation far completion. Recently, epigenetic have emerged major regulator enduring changes cell behavior potential inhibiting histone deacetylases (HDACs) for treatment cardiovascular inflammatory diseases has gained remarkable attention. Although HDACs been shown to play an important role regulating function, involved HDAC subtypes remain undefined. Further investigation signaling may provide approaches prevention ALI.
