摘要: The effects of daily repeated bouts concentric, isometric, or eccentric contractions induced by high frequency (kilohertz) transcutaneous electrical stimulation in ameliorating atrophy the soleus muscle hindlimb unloaded rats were determined. Five groups male studied: control, for 2 weeks (HU), HU plus two high-frequency stimulation-induced calf musculature. Soleus mass and fiber size smaller, levels phosphorylated Akt1 FoxO3a lower, atrogin-1 ubiquitinated proteins higher HU, concentric isometric contraction than control group. In contrast, maintained these values at near all measures significantly different from other groups. These results indicate that inhibited ubiquitin-proteasome catabolic pathway enhanced Akt1/FoxO3a anabolic resulted a prevention atrophic response to chronic unloading.
