摘要: This paper presents the use of an agile transition model based on human factor in environment. The consists four environment attributes; Individual, Skill, Culture and Team. From study, only a small number organizations are successful adopting within short period while complete may take 2-3 years. Organization takes time to due challenges faced during transition. purpose is effectively transfer from traditional non-agile agile. Details given process attributes were derived differences between existing also addressed. newly proposed discussed compared with model. Based comparison, most covers two or three t whereas direct all attributes.
