摘要: Summary A kinematic model of single edge cutting action in grinding has been developed. The describes the force pulse created by chip formation at edge. This is assumed to excite acoustic emission (AE) signals. typical values its features (risetime, width, amplitude) determine requirements for measurement equipment. AE was measured on workpiece during and analysed frequency range between 70 kHz 3.5 MHz. suitable signal analysis strategy developed extract meaningful information from using domain feature extraction. comparison output allows identification parameters. parameter give a description wheel state process state.
