摘要: Abstract A gas chromatographic method for the determination of benzothiazepine diltiazem together with its major metabolite desacetyldiltiazem, is described. Silylation desacetyl derivative separates from parent drug on a 1% OV-17 column and cyclopam used as an internal reference standard. The compounds are analysed by means nitrogen detector which allows 10 ng/ml both in plasma. has been to determine plasma obtained healthy volunteers after oral doses 60–210 mg diltiazem.
