摘要: The performance of message passing programs can be challenging to comprehend. In previous work we have introduced SCALEA, which is a instrumentation, measurement, analysis, and visualization tool for parallel distributed programs. this paper report on experiences with SCALEA analysis two realistic MPI codes taken from laser physics material science. has been used automatically instrument - based user provided directives the source codes, compute overheads, relate them code, provide range diagrams in order explain problems as part graphical interface. Multiple-experiment allows compare evaluate outcome several experiments conducted SMP cluster architecture.
