摘要: Ambient ozone measurements were conducted from the beginning of May 2003 to end October 2004 in forest ecosystems west Mediterranean mountains Turkey. The concentrations estimated using a passive sampling method bottom valley (altitude 10 m) top mountain (1950 m), over 20 sites distributed all study area. Active continuous done at one monitoring site which helped calibrate obtained by method. results indicated that range 19–410 μg m−3. yearly average was 89.37 ± 71.25 Generally, maximum measured high altitude stations amsl) during spring and summer seasons, minimum locations near road traffic. symptoms probable injury vicinity samplers examined collecting needle leaf samples main native plants. According visual inspection leaves measurement photosynthetic pigments control plants symptomatic leaves, out 41 species plants, 11 identified as potential bioindicators ozone. Ozone part Turkey appear be enough sufficient duration cause foliar wide variety
