摘要: We propose a fast adaptive image restoration filter using DCT-based block-classification for reducing block artifact in compressed images. More specifically, edge direction of each is classified by the DCT coefficients, and constrained least squares (CLS) with corresponding used smoothing discontinuity between blocks. For real-time application, proposed can be realized form truncated FIR filter, which suitable postprocessing reconstructed images HDTV, DVD, or video conferencing systems.
