摘要: Abstract A new type of low-NO x burner was studied for application to a regenerative system in an industrial furnace. The fuel is separately injected at angle the axis air stream. As result, mixing and suppressed initial stage combustion, combustion progresses gently. Consequently, very uniform obtained, self-recirculation flue gas achieved, emission NO considerably reduced, along with decrease quantity soot produced. experiments were conducted under conditions preheated temperature 1100°C furnace 1000–1340°C. from 50 ppm corrected 11% excess O 2 . this applied heavy forge It confirmed that low meets Japanese environmental regulations. energy saving 55%.
