摘要: Electron microscopic examination of sections a recently divided cell the diatom Gomphonema parvulum showed that two new wall halves are deposited within membrane-limited vesicle appressed to inside of, but separate from, cytoplasmic membrane each daughter cell. New edges mottled at sites silica deposition, no pattern deposition is obvious. Silica particles were not recognized in cytoplasm outside vesicles. Dictyosomes perinuclear, and mitochondria concentrated near area formation. A vesicular complex occurs central which distinct from dictyosomes, endoplasmic reticulum, vacuoles. It resembles similar structures some animal cells. bridge connects cells through their adjacent raphes.
