摘要: Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide. Diagnosis lung in an early stage still a challenge due to asymptomatic course stages disease and lack standard screening program for population. Nowadays, learning about mechanisms that lead cancerogenesis crucial development new diagnostic therapeutic strategies. Recently, many studies have proved stem cells (CSCs) are responsible initiation, progression, metastasis, recurrence, even resistance chemo- radiotherapeutic treatment patients with cancer. The expression pluripotency transcription factors stemness properties. In this review, we summarize current knowledge on role CSCs carcinogenesis.
