An immunofluorescence test for detection of serum antibody to rodent coronaviruses.

摘要: An indirect immunofluorescence test, using cultured cells infected with two strains of mouse hepatitis virus, was developed for detection antibody to rodent coronaviruses. The test detected serum virus and rat sialodacryoadenitis earlier than the neutralization test. In case results closely paralleled those obtained a commercially available enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
