摘要: Anthracycline derivatives may produce early or late cardiotoxic reactions in man. Early effects include: (a) pericarditis-myocarditis which can affect patients with no previous history of cardiac disease and carries a high mortality rate ( approximately 20%); (b) left ventricular dysfunction lead to clinically significant heart failure limited reserve; (c) arrhythmias, the most common is sinus tachycardia. Symptomatic supraventriclar tachycardia, block, arrhythmias occur, however, reflect primary on muscle conduction system. Late anthracyclines are directly related degree associated myocyte damage include subclinical overt failure. The implications for prognosis further treatment discussed each these entities pathogenetic mechanism proposed.
