摘要: Abstract The features of two insecticides (chlorpyrifos and cypermethrin) binding to blood proteins, bovine serum albumin (BSA), hemoglobin (BHb), were investigated via the fluorescence method. results revealed that both caused quenching BSA enhancement BHb. A new parameter (FE), i.e., intensity when adequate insecticide was added, introduced obtain association constant (KA) number sites (n). KA n chlorpyrifos cypermethrin 2.99 × 105 5.22 × 105 L mol−1, 1.25 0.78, respectively. BHb 2.94 × 104 2.48 × 104 L mol−1, 1.75 2.19, In conclusion, could bind BHb, significantly stronger than These affect distribution, metabolism, excretion insecticides.
