摘要: The effect of WAY 100635, a 5-HT1A receptor antagonist, on the impairment spatial learning caused by intrahippocampal administration scopolamine, cholinergic muscarinic or 7-chloro-kynurenic acid, an antagonist at glycine site associated with NMDA complex, was studied in two-platform discrimination task. Scopolamine (4 μg/μl) acid (3 μg/μl), administered bilaterally into CA1 region dorsal hippocampus 10 min before each training session, impaired choice accuracy no latency and errors omission. Administered subcutaneously 1 (but not 0.3) mg/kg 30 100635 did modify acquisition learning, but prevented scopolamine acid. These findings suggest that blockade receptors can compensate loss NMDA-mediated excitatory input to pyramidal cells hippocampus. mechanisms involved importance these for symptomatic treatment memory disorders man are discussed.
